5. PREREQUISITES:Grade 12 Graduation, Anatomy & Physiology, participation in Self- Healing for minimum of three months, preparation with study materials, Elements of Life, attendance at gatherings and mentoring by email and phone if long distance.
Each student commits to the living food lifestyle for a minimum of three months and attends a living food rejuvenation retreat with Director, Farida Sharan.

LIVING FOOD TEACHER GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Attendance 100% at all classes
2. Completion of all prerequisites
3. Self Healing Completion and submission of records and reports
4. Submission of 5 case histories - consultation, program, each client followed over 3 months on a full program
5. Anatomy & Physiology course in night school or college if student hasn't already completed this requirement.
6. Most essential is the evolution of the student into a living example of the teachings and ability to function as an authentic guide and teacher for clients and students.
7.Attendance at an Ann Wigmore Living Food Center may also be approved for credit by the director.
