Farida Sharan teaches through kinesthetic experiences as well as through lectures and other creative learning experiences. It is important that each student is prepared energetically to receive high-level information and the absorption and integration of the information is through their entire being, with all the senses enlivened by joy, laughter and enthusiasm. Learning through joy is everlasting!
Using all learning modalities of sight, hearing and body centered feeling, students learn quickly and openly, without resistance, and are always amazed at what they have absorbed when they return home.
Creative movement is an integral part of the unique teaching processes. Instead of limiting learning to the mental information overload zone, we explore learning in different modalities so that we can integrate and embody information with the enthusiasm and joy we experienced as young children.
TRANSFORMATIONAL IRIDOLOGY EMBODIED THROUGH KINESTHETIC EXPERIENCE
Iris patterns, colors and constitutions are reflections of the cosmic patterns of the primal energies of the universe. After the principles are taught in slide, transparency and lecture presentations, students alternative information with kinesthetic experience through embodying universal expansion and contraction rhythms and evolutionary sacred geometry in their own body as they move to music and create color mandalas of their own iris with fabric, photos, and natural materials and art supplies.

Naturopathy classes open with three days of elemental training, which combines movement, sound, color and music as students explore the elements of life – the energies our body and this world are made of - earth, water, fire, air and ether. The awakening that takes place clears resistances as fear dissolves, curiosity awakens, competition dissolves and the heart opens to enjoying the present moment.
Learning is transformed as the group energies harmonize and individual is able to make the most of the experience. There is no need to be shy. The movement is internally focused, without right or wrong. With eyes closed students connect inwardly and clear resistances and blockages as they rediscover feelings that are meant to guide our path in life. Everyone recovers their natural joy as energy releases into celebration.
